Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Creative & Design Specialist for remote, worldwide work. You will evaluate AI-generated creative outputs and provide high-quality human feedback to improve AI training, spanning graphic design, motion graphics, UI/UX, and multimedia workflows.

Required 2+ years of professional experience and proficiency with tools like Figma, Canva, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve. Strong English communication and independent remote work capability are essential.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or related creative fields.

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
