Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Creative & Design Specialist to support AI training through human feedback on graphic design, multimedia, UI/UX, and motion projects. You will evaluate AI outputs, provide annotated feedback, and help refine workflows using industry tools.

Prior paid human-data experience for AI models is required, and strong English communication is essential. The role is remote worldwide with flexible scheduling, focusing on high-quality, timely deliverables and strict adherence to project

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or related creative fields.
Proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).
No formal degree required; practical creative experience is valued.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection and readiness to begin promptly.

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
