The role

A successful Junior Video Editor will be a creative individual who understands all elements of producing a finished quality film or video for social media, specifically Facebook and YouTube. You’ll be involved in all aspects of our clients’ profiles, using your unique editing perspective to support the team on ideation, planning, creation, and post-production of content. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to work with and edit for our talented roster of content creators!

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality video edits for a diverse range of clients across various creative categories.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative on various editing projects.
• Meet targets set by your line manager to increase productivity and output.
• Report weekly on video performance and provide analysis to your team.
• Learn platform-specific editing techniques from industry experts and participate in feedback sessions to analyze and debate creative and editing strategies.

• Knowledge of video editing and sound recording, including proficiency in Premiere Pro.
• Background in social media or a related creative field.
