Job summary

Maltin PR, based in London, is seeking a dedicated Video Editor to join our award-winning, internationally recognised Legal and Litigation PR team. The role focuses on producing high-quality video content for our international clients, with on-site collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include editing in Premiere Pro, creating motion graphics in After Effects, and coordinating with project directors to ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Knowledge of file formats and delivery specs.
• Strong motion graphics skills.
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to work flexible hours to meet project needs.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow briefs.
• Effective communication and collaboration; on-site work.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, communications beneficial.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in London. The Video Editor will be responsible for:

• Online and Offline editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Animated, infographic and illustrative work using Adobe After Effects.
• Collaboration with project directors and account management team.
• Project backups and archiving.

Qualifications

• Highly skilled Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects user.
• Technical knowledge of file formats and delivery specifications.
• Motion Graphics skills.
• Be reliable with excellent timekeeping and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate project needs and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow creative briefs, and capacity to work to tight deadlines in a professional environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site as part of a multidisciplinary communications team.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator an advantage.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, communications is beneficial.
