Job summary

ABL Recruitment in London is hiring multilingual Video Editors to join our entertainment and streaming team's fast-paced social-first editing group. This contract role focuses on high-volume clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, using AI clipping tools and Premiere Pro to craft platform-ready edits.

Candidates should have professional-level Spanish (Castilian or LATAM), Italian, or German, with 2+ years' experience in social video editing and a proven track record creating content

Qualifications

• Professional standard Spanish Castilian or LATAM, Italian, or German.
• 2+ years' experience in social video editing or digital content production.
• Hands-on experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities

• Find the strongest, most shareable moments within entertainment content using AI-powered clipping tools and natural-language prompts
• Edit high volumes of short-form social video using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Create platform-professional edits in 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 and 16:9
• Build strong opening hooks and optimise pacing, captions, text overlays, graphics and visual treatments
• Re-version one piece of source content for different platforms, audiences and markets
• Localise video content and post copy for your language market
• Take ownership of video assets from initial clip selection through to final delivery
• React quickly to feedback, often turning around revisions the same day
• Self-QA your work for audio sync, framing, pacing and platform specifications
• Keep ahead of social trends, viral formats, algorithm changes and engagement drivers

Are you a professional standard speaker of Spanish LATAM, Spanish Castillian Italian, or German? Are you the person who can look at a film, series or entertainment title and immediately spot the 15–30 seconds that people will want to watch, share and talk about? We are hiring a number of multilingual Video Editors to join the London team of a major global entertainment and streaming business. This is not traditional long-form video editing. It is a fast, high-volume, social-first editing role where you will turn premium entertainment content into platform-professional video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social channels. You will work with pre-release and library entertainment content, using both professional editing software and the latest AI-powered clipping tools to find standout moments and turn them into compelling social content
