About MLST

MLST is the top technical AI YouTube podcast, where we interview the world's leading scientists about the latest breakthroughs in AI, large language models, and related fields. Our content also covers philosophy, linguistics, and cognitive science. We produce three tiers of videos: full podcasts, 10-minute clips, and 2-minute YouTube shorts. The clips and shorts are more heavily edited, emphasizing storytelling, visuals, and sound design.

Ideal Candidate

Smart, knowledgeable, and passionate about AI, with strong computer skills. Familiarity with our custom software pipeline and working with large language models is important. Experience with Davinci Resolve and Fusion is preferred. A deep understanding of storytelling, audio engineering, sound design, and comfort with VSTs are essential. You should have a good instinct for engaging a technical audience and visual aesthetics, including animations, composition, and texturing.

We recognize that no candidate will have all the technical skills from the start. If you join us, we will provide training in color grading, audio engineering, and motion graphics. This role offers a great opportunity to learn about cutting-edge AI technologies and develop your skills in a high-quality environment.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in video editing as your primary focus
• Reside near our offices in Bracknell, UK
• Experience with Adobe After Effects is beneficial
• Familiarity with Spectral Layers / iZoTope RX11
• Experience with frontier large language models (LLMs)
• Interest or experience in 3D engines like Unreal Engine or Blender is a plus
• Knowledge of Python is highly advantageous
