Job summary

Getty Images is seeking a Creative Development Manager specializing in Video to lead and mentor the creator community, inspire high-quality regional content, and align with our global video strategy. You will engage photographers, videographers, and editors to deliver customer-focused visuals across markets.

You will collaborate with Creative Insights, Creator Relations, and Marketing teams in EMEA, guiding projects from concept to delivery while providing both creative and technical feedback.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in visual communications (advertising or production).
• Expertise in videography, video production, art direction, and shoot management.
• Fluency in English with excellent presentation skills.
• Experience leading or mentoring creative teams.
• Proficient with PC/Mac and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from ideation to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with videographers to inspire high-end regional content.
• Communicate content needs and provide direction via email/Discord/Zoom from concept to execution.
• Identify and recruit new talent from within and outside creator portfolios.
• Brainstorm and develop new content ideas with the team.
• Oversee multiple projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timely completion.
• Provide creative and technical feedback to enhance creators’ work.
• Curate and review assets to meet differentiation standards.
• Promote and showcase work internally and externally through meetings and presentations.
• Write creative briefs and shoot spotlight articles.
• Organize and run webinars for creator engagement and education.
• Support Marketing, Creative Insights, and Creator teams with video highlights.
• Analyze data to inform video strategy and industry trends.
• Develop forward-thinking video strategy aligned with business goals.
