Job summary

Getty Images is seeking a Creative Development Manager specializing in Video to inspire and educate our creator community. You will engage videographers, guide high-end regional content, and align with global video strategy.

Reporting to the regional creative lead, you’ll collaborate with Creative Insights, Creator Relations, and Marketing teams across EMEA, delivering locally relevant content and leading multiple projects end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in visual communications; advertising or production.
• Expert in videography, video production, art direction and shoot management.
• Fluency in English with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with videographers for regional content.
• Communicate content needs and provide creative direction via email/Discord/Zoom.
• Identify and recruit new talent from internal and external portfolios.
• Collaborate to brainstorm and develop new content ideas.
• Oversee multiple projects from planning to delivery on schedule.
