Responsibilities

Cultivate relationships with videographers to inspire regional content.
Provide creative direction via email, Discord, and Zoom from concept to delivery.
Identify and recruit new talent from internal and external portfolios.
Collaborate to brainstorm and develop new content ideas.
Oversee multiple projects from planning to delivery.
Provide creative and technical feedback to creators to elevate content quality.
Curate assets to meet differentiation standards and customer needs.
Promote and showcase work internally and externally, including customer engagements.
Write creative briefs and shoot spotlight articles.
Organize webinars for creator engagement and video education.
Support teams with video highlights and showreels.
Analyze data to inform video strategy and industry trends.
Develop and implement forward-thinking video strategy aligned with business goals.
Serve as a thought leader driving innovation across the organization.
