Job summary

Midwich UK&I is seeking a hands-on Video Producer to join our expanding Marketing team. You will lead the creation of high-quality video content for LinkedIn, YouTube and offline channels, guiding shoots from concept through to delivery and distribution across multiple brands.

You will develop recurring series, work with vendors and technical specialists, and explore AI tools to improve efficiency and content quality while supporting the Innovation House and events.

Qualifications

• Experience using professional cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
• Self-sufficient in studio and on-location productions.
• Proven ability to direct live and multi-camera shoots.
• Experience producing podcasts and interview content.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience with Panasonic Lumix or Blackmagic cameras.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality video content for LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms and offline channels.
• Manage end-to-end video production from briefing and scripting through to filming, editing and delivery.
• Develop recurring video series to establish Midwich as a source of industry expertise.
• Direct shoots, manage contributors and ensure high creative standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, PR and product teams to plan and deliver content.
• Capture photography to support campaigns and events.
• Experiment with AI tools to improve workflows and output.
