Job summary

Midwich, a leading UK AV distributor, is seeking a VC Producer to lead the full video lifecycle across multiple brands. You’ll identify opportunities, develop concepts, direct shoots, edit, and distribute engaging content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.

You’ll shape Midwich’s video strategy, build recurring series, support Innovation House, and collaborate with product managers, vendor partners and marketing teammates to inform, educate and inspire audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in producing high quality video content from concept to delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple productions and meet deadlines.
• Strong storytelling skills to engage audiences across platforms.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality video content for LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels.
• Manage full video production process from briefing to delivery.
• Identify opportunities for new video content aligned with campaigns and launches.
• Develop recurring video series to establish Midwich as an industry expert.
• Direct shoots, manage contributors and ensure high creative quality.
• Collaborate with Content, Design, Digital Marketing, PR and Product teams.
