The Coffee Industry in the UK continues to be a very exciting place to work. Due to our ongoing growth in the UK with the Nuova Distribution team, we are now looking for a Sales Manager who will be the front line of Victoria Arduino Coffee Equipment for the UK, based in Camden Town, London.

Your primary focus will be on developing relationships and sales through existing and new partnerships across England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland.

This role offers autonomy, so you need to be a natural self-starter. There will be sales targets to meet by generating new business opportunities for Victoria Arduino. You should be committed to making a difference and excited to meet new people and build relationships.

You will need a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel throughout your territory, sometimes at different times depending on customer needs.

Main activities
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify potential customers and market opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Offer excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Equipment Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the equipment, including features, benefits, and technical specifications. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations. Highlight the value and benefits of the equipment and address concerns or objections.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to secure profitable deals. Understand pricing strategies and market dynamics to maximize sales revenue.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, customer service, technical support, and CBC to ensure a seamless sales process. Provide feedback to improve products and customer experience.
  • Territory Management: Manage your territory effectively, prioritizing sales activities, managing travel schedules, and optimizing customer visits.
  • Sales Administration: Complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely, including sales contracts and reports. Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Professional Development: Continuously improve your skills through training, industry events, and self-study. Stay informed about new products and market trends.
