The role requires conducting thorough needs and risk assessments, tailoring guidance to each individual case, and maintaining accurate records across case management systems while collaborating with partner agencies to sustain a high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Carry out needs and risk assessments for each victim/witness.
• Provide tailored guidance and assistance for each individual case.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated point of contact for victims and witnesses to keep them informed, supported and confident to attend court.
• Update and maintain accurate case records across case management systems.
• Apply and uphold the Victims’ Code, Witness Charter and all relevant policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with partner agencies such as CPS, HMCTS, Witness Service and victim-support organisations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
