Essential Employment is seeking a Witness Care Officer in Exeter on a part-time temporary contract. The role provides a single point of contact for victims and witnesses in Prosecution cases, aiming to secure attendance in Magistrates and Crown Courts.

You will deliver a quality service in line with the Victim's Code of Practice, helping victims and witnesses feel supported and informed throughout proceedings.

Witness Care Officer needed in Exeter, £14.10phPAYE - Reference: 377870

29.6 hours per week -Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

The principal responsibility of the Witness Care Officer is to provide a single point of contact for victims and witnesses in all Prosecution cases securing attendance in both Magistrates and Crown Courts.

Delivering a quality service meeting individual needs and requirements contained within the No Witness No Justice requirement and the Victim's Code of Practice, to have a positive influence on the willingness of victims and witnesses to attend court.

This is apart time role on atemporary contract basis
