Job summary

Essex Police and Kent Police are seeking a Witness Care Officer to join the Witness Care Unit within the Crime and Public Protection Command. The role involves guiding victims and witnesses through each stage of their case, providing updates and ensuring they receive support.

You will manage a varied caseload, collaborate with police, courts and partner agencies, and help ensure court attendance and compliance with the Victims' Code. The position is permanent and predominantly home-based.
