Job summary

Ashford Hill Primary School is seeking an experienced teacher and leader to join as Vice Principal & SENDCo. You will drive the strategic development of SEND provision and work closely with the Principal and the Thames Learning Trust to raise standards across the school.

You will deputise for the Principal when required, shape the SEND strategy, and ensure pupils receive engaging, high-quality support both academically and socially. A collaborative, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced teacher and leader to contribute to the strategic direction of the school while leading and developing outstanding SEND provision.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development of SEND provision to ensure high quality support for all pupils.
• As Vice Principal & SENDCo, work with the Principal and the Thames Learning Trust to drive school improvement and deputise in the Principal's absence.
• Collaborate with staff and parents to create an inclusive, ambitious learning environment.
