Qualifications

• Evidence of successful leadership at vice principal level.
• Proven track record of delivering good or outstanding lessons.
• Experience in safeguarding practices and policy implementation.
• Commitment to high standards of achievement, inclusion and aspiration.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop staff across teams.
