Job summary

The Stockwood Park Academy, part of Advantage Schools, invites a Vice Principal for Behaviour, Culture & Ethos. You will lead a calm, inclusive and aspirational school culture, shaping pupil outcomes academically and personally.

The role emphasises a visible, value-led leadership style with systems-focused practice, high standards, and a commitment to evidence-based professional learning. You will work with the Principal and SLT to raise behaviour, attendance and relationships across the school.

• Have significant expertise in behaviour leadership and sustaining exemplary behavior.
