Job summary

The Stockwood Park Academy is seeking a Vice Principal for Behaviour, Culture & Ethos to shape a calm, inclusive and aspirational school culture where students thrive academically and personally.

The successful candidate will lead with a visible, value‑led approach, driving sustained improvement through system leadership, strong relationships with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team, and evidence‑based professional learning. Start date is 1st January 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading school culture and behaviour improvement.
• Ability to diagnose challenges and translate vision into action.
• Strong leadership presence in the public domain.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure high standards of behaviour, attendance and student relationships across the school.
• Lead and embed clear systems and expectations to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team to support staff and deliver whole-school priorities.
