Job summary

All Saints Catholic College in north Huddersfield is seeking a practising Catholic school leader to step into a standalone Vice Principal role and join its senior team. The post is permanent and full-time on Leadership L18–L22, with a closing date of 16 October 2026 at 9am.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal and SLT to drive excellence across college life, bringing evidence of impact in leadership and student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Practising Catholic with leadership impact across senior school functions.
• Evidence of impact on student outcomes and college life.
• Experience as Assistant or Deputy Head or equivalent on a leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Takes standalone responsibility as Vice Principal, reporting to the Principal.
• Leads the Senior Leadership Team to drive excellence across college life.
• Works closely with governors, staff and pupils to implement strategic priorities.
