Job summary

Finchley Catholic High School in London is seeking a dynamic and exceptionally skilled Deputy Headteacher to join the Senior Leadership Team for January 2027.

The successful candidate will be a practising Catholic with at least 3 years of senior leadership experience, an outstanding teacher, and a strategic, highly organised leader who can drive excellence across all aspects of school life. Salary scales L21–L25 Outer London.

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and exceptionally skilled Catholic Deputy Headteacher. This is an opportunity

for an individual to join a committed, united Senior Leadership Team who have high aspirations for all students. We are

looking for an experienced and talented individual who can work closely with the Headteacher and the SLT to realise

the ambitious vision of securing excellence in every aspect of school life, and make a positive contribution to an

outstanding Catholic community where our young people can flourish.
