The Vice President, Project Management will be responsible for delivering projects across operational and technology resilience, managing resources, stakeholders, and ensuring benefits realization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects related to operational and technology resilience.
• Define project scope, develop plans, and manage resources and relationships.
• Manage project teams, including consultants, and ensure effective communication and governance.
• Track project progress, manage risks, issues, and changes.
• Ensure project benefits are realized post-delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience leading complex projects, especially within operational or technology resilience.
• Knowledge of operational resilience frameworks, risk assessments, and compliance.
• Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project, PlanView, or similar.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

• Formal project management training (MSP, PRINCE2, PMI, APM, Six Sigma).
