Job Description:

Under the direction of the SVP, the role will ideally meet or exceed sales objectives by promoting and selling BPO service offerings through professional sales techniques and long-term customer relationships to Banking and Insurance clients.

Other duties will be assigned by management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas through acquisition of new logos with a focus on Consumer Banks and Insurance companies
  • Build a pipeline of future business.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company-related information and records.
Educational / Vocational / Previous Experience Recommendations:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • 5 years of new logo acquisition experience in Consumer Banking and Insurance
  • Experience of selling BPO solutions
  • Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle, presenting and discussing solutions.
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong customer, quality, and results orientation.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels.
