We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales - Northern Europe to lead enterprise SaaS sales, drive revenue growth, and expand market share in the region. This senior sales leadership role requires a proven track record in B2B SaaS, enterprise software sales, and complex deal management with Fortune 500 companies.

As the VP of Sales, you will develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy, close multimillion-dollar deals, and build relationships with C-level executives (CPOs, CFOs, CIOs) to accelerate growth. You will lead new business development, key account management, and market expansion across the Northern Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic sales leader with expertise in enterprise procurement, supply chain, fintech, or digital transformation solutions to make a significant impact in a fast-growing, AI-powered SaaS company.

The responsibilities will involve the following:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Nordics & UK&I to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Enterprise Sales & Account Growth: Identify, engage, and close sales opportunities with Fortune 500 and large enterprise customers, targeting key decision-makers such as CPOs, CFOs, and CIOs.
  • Revenue & Quota Management: Own and exceed the sales targets and revenue goals, ensuring strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • Complex Sales Management: Navigate long sales cycles, leveraging consultative and solution-based selling techniques to drive customer success.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Market Penetration & Expansion: Work closely with marketing, inside sales, and business development teams to drive brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, customer success, and executive leadership teams to align sales strategy with business objectives.
  • Industry Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive networking forums to position the company as a market leader.

External Skills And Expertise

  • 15+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of leading large, complex B2B SaaS/Cloud software sales.
  • Experience in selling to large enterprises (revenues $1B+), preferably in procurement, supply chain, fintech, or enterprise solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to close multimillion-dollar deals and exceed revenue targets.
  • Proven leadership experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams across multiple regions.
  • Excellent C-level relationship-building skills, with experience engaging with CXOs and senior decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of the Nordics & UK&I markets, with an established network of enterprise customers.
  • Experience in eProcurement or Source-to-Pay software is a plus.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively across the region.
