Vice President of IT Operations - Enterprise Applications & Infrastructure

A leading global organisation is seeking a Vice President of IT Operations to oversee three critical technology functions: Entrata application services, end‑user support, and corporate IT infrastructure. This is a strategic leadership role requiring hands‑on expertise in Entrata and strong IT project management skills to deliver operational excellence and drive innovation across enterprise systems.

You’ll lead high‑performing teams, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and ensure seamless IT service delivery across applications, infrastructure, and user support.

Role & Responsibilities
Entrata Application Service Management
  • Build and lead a dedicated team to support the Entrata platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Oversee the full application lifecycle: deployment, upgrades, incident resolution, and vendor coordination.
  • Define and implement SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Align Entrata capabilities with business needs through stakeholder collaboration.
End-User Support Leadership
  • Manage local end‑user support operations, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
  • Develop and enforce support policies, procedures, and standards to enhance user experience.
  • Implement ITSM best practices and tools to streamline support operations.
  • Drive training and development initiatives for a high‑performing support team.
Corporate IT Infrastructure Oversight
  • Provide administrative oversight for IT infrastructure resources, including network, servers, storage, and security systems.
  • Coordinate with global infrastructure teams to ensure compliance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Support audits, risk assessments, and adherence to IT governance and cybersecurity policies.
  • Act as the local escalation point for infrastructure‑related issues and projects.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Mandatory experience with Entrata platform (implementation, support, and optimization).
  • Strong IT project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise applications and end‑user support teams.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network systems, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • ITIL certification or equivalent service management credentials.
