Base pay range

A London based Private Equity Firm business is searching for a VP Finance to build and manage their finance function. As the first finance hire within this growing business you will be able to shape the role and finance team going forward.

Reporting directly to the CFO you will be working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. You will be joining this company as it emerges to become an established name in the market.

Operating in a highly strategic capacity and building out your own finance team this role is ideal for any up and coming finance professional. You will be responsible for improving the structure and processes required for sound financial reporting.

Based in London, this role is perfect for an ambitious individual with a passion for hands on work. You will be the key member and lead the finance team in this role. This is a chance to build a finance function from the ground up at a truly exciting time for the firm.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overall responsibility across all areas of the finance function for the business, including all aspects of budgeting and forecasting
• Driving increased profitability as revenues continue to grow
• Develop the forecasting function of the business in line with current protocols
• Prepare budgeting systems to deal with problems presented in the current economic climate
• Developing the Financial Planning and Analysis function of the business in line with revenue targets
• Presenting analysis of potential growth to both current and potential investors

Requirements for the role:

• ACA Qualification with extensive PQE
• Experience working within the PE/Asset Management space
• Strategic outlook and management experience
• Experience working between US and UK regulations
