Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Agentic AI Portfolio.

You will own the strategy, roadmap, and production performance of a portfolio of agentic AI solutions, collaborating with senior business, technology, and controls stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant AI workflows. You will shape agent design standards, drive reusable platform capabilities, and influence adoption across the firm while aligning with data governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading product teams that own multiple products or portfolios.
• Proven track record shipping LLM-powered or agentic AI products to production at scale.
• Strong expertise designing evaluation frameworks for agentic systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap for agentic AI products.
• Lead cross-functional pods across Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Controls.
• Define and govern agent behavior, autonomy boundaries, and escalation paths.
• Set evaluation standards and production monitoring for agentic systems.
• Shape architecture of agents and reusable platform components.
• Prioritize portfolio investments based on business value and feasibility.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to size opportunities for AI-driven outcomes.
• Define portfolio-level success metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Build feedback loops to translate insights into roadmap decisions.
• Ensure alignment with governance, model risk management, and control standards.
