We’re seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chancellor and Vice-Chancellor, helping to deliver the University’s mission to create a better world through education and research.
Based at our beautiful Whiteknights campus, you’ll manage complex diaries, coordinate dinners and events, and lead internal and external engagement with senior stakeholders. As the first point of contact, you’ll also respond to varied correspondence, coordinate institutional initiatives, and VIP visits.
As The Successful Candidate, You Will Have
As an ambassador for the office and the University, you will work most of your time on campus and occasionally during evenings and weekends.
