Job summary

Vine FX is an award winning Visual Effects Studio delivering high-end VFX for HETV and Feature Films. This role sits in our Production team, placed at the heart of project delivery with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days per week in one of our studios in Cambridge.

The position is fixed-term with a potential extension, open to candidates already based in the UK. You will collaborate closely with Producers, Supervisors, and Editorial to keep shows on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in production coordination or related role within screen industries is preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate project schedule with Producers and Supervisors.
• Manage milestones and deliverables to hit targets on time and on budget.
• Lead dailies sessions and reviews with internal and external teams.
• Manage a team of artists and ensure smooth communication for progress and briefings.
• Prep shot deliveries to send to clients.
• Distribute feedback through the appropriate channels.
• Support internal documentation maintenance.
• Attend spotting sessions and take notes.
• Collaborate with Editorial depts for problem solving and communication.
• Utilise Flow Production Tracking (Shotgrid) to monitor production data.
