Job summary

Vets Now Worcester is seeking a Weekend Vet Surgeon to provide emergency and critical care coverage on a fixed-term basis.

You will work a 1:4 weekend rota (Sat 1600-2200, Sun 0830-1830) with a share of bank holidays, joining a supportive team at the UK’s leading out-of-hours network. Competitive rates and benefits available to enhance ECC skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified Veterinary Surgeon eligible to practise in the UK.
• Experience in emergency and critical care preferred.
• Available to work weekends on a 1:4 rota.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekend ECC coverage at Vets Now Worcester.
• Deliver high-quality emergency patient care and owner communication.
• Collaborate with the OOH team to ensure smooth handovers.
