Job summary

Vets Now Worcester is seeking a Vet Surgeon to provide emergency and critical care for dogs, cats and small animals at our out-of-hours service. The role includes working 1:4 weekends (Saturday 16:00–22:00, Sunday 08:30–18:30) and a share of bank holidays, on a fixed-term basis.

You will join a supportive team with central backup for complaints and customer service. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds.

Vets Now Worcester provides out-of-hours veterinary care for dogs, cats and small animals. Our team, work nights, weekends and bank holidays to provide emergency and critical care for sick and injured small animals when they need it most.

Out-of-hours doesn’t mean all hours, and the flexibility and support we provide makes balancing life easier for many of our team. If you’re looking to pick up weekend hours or enhance your ECC skills, this role could be ideal. We’re looking for a Vet Surgeon to work 1:4 weekends (Saturday 1600-2200 Sunday 0830-1830), plus a share of bank holidays, on a fixed term basis.
