Job summary

Vets Now Stoke is seeking a Weekend Vet Surgeon with a passion for Emergency and Critical Care to join the team on a weekend-only basis. You will provide out-of-hours ECC care as part of a nationwide network and access unrivalled training and benefits.

The role offers flexible weekend patterns, including 1:4 Saturday 12:00-20:00 and Sunday 08:30-18:30/19:00 with a share of bank holidays, plus a comprehensive benefits package including CPD allowance and private medical insurance.

Qualifications

• ECC veterinary surgeon with weekend availability.
• Experience in Emergency and Critical Care is desirable.
• Out-of-hours/weekend commitment and flexible shift patterns are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekend ECC coverage for the Stoke site.
• Work the weekend shift patterns (1:4 Saturday/Sunday or back/ night shifts as described).
• Share of bank holidays and deliver high-quality patient care.

Vets Now Stoke are welcoming applications from Out of Hours (OOH) Veterinary Surgeons with a passion for Emergency and Critical Care to join their team on a weekend-only basis. • 1:4 Saturday 12:00-20:00 and Sunday 08:30-18:30 or 09:00-19:00
• 1:4 weekend back shifts 18:00-00:00 plus 1:4 weekend night shifts 18:00- 09:00, with flexibility on whether these back or night shifts are worked on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays
• All include a share of bank holidays
