Qualifications

Recommended! – Rob L – Google Review*### About this roleAs Veterinary Surgeon Team Leader, you will hold clinical governance responsibility for the hospital and lead the veterinary surgeon team in delivering an efficient, professional, and caring service to pets and owners in the local community.This role will particularly suit a vet who enjoys a surgically biased caseload and brings a medical, pragmatic approach to decision-making. You will have the space and support to develop surgical leadership, shape clear evidence-based plans, and help the team identify the best practical option for each pet and owner.Your leadership will span clinical standards, recruitment and selection, coaching, development, and day-to-day mentoring.
