Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care invites a friendly and professional Veterinary Surgeon to join Wellhouse Veterinary Clinic, a ISFM Silver Accredited cat-friendly practice serving Crowborough and Tunbridge Wells.

We offer a supportive team, state-of-the-art equipment and a relocation package up to £5,000 with a salary up to £70,000 DOE, plus CPD support and clear career progression across primary care, referral, leadership and specialist roles.

Qualifications

• A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility) with the RCVS.
• Experience working in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proactive approach to learning, with openness to feedback and development.
• Professionalism, reliability and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Passion for delivering excellent patient and client care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied caseload.
• Collaborate with the wider practice team to support clinical excellence and knowledge sharing.
