Job summary

Clent Hill Vets, part of Inspiring Vet Care, is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join our permanent team in Worcestershire. The role offers a varied first opinion caseload with consultations, medical work-ups and surgery, in a supportive environment.

The position is part-time (32 hours per week) with 3 days per week and 1 in 4 Saturdays, no out-of-hours work, and a salary up to £65,000 FTE DOE with a welcome bonus up to £5,000 pro rata. Training and development supported.

Qualifications

  • A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS.
  • Experience working in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high standards of patient and client care across a varied caseload.
  • Work collaboratively with the practice team to support clinical development.

About Us

We’re a large and experienced clinical team of 10 Veterinary Surgeons, supported by a skilled nursing and support team. We have certificate holders in medicine, feline medicine and surgery, alongside excellent facilities including laparoscopic and orthopaedic surgery equipment, digital x-ray and dental x-ray systems, ultrasound with cardiac probe, endoscopes, therapeutic laser, slit lamp/tonometer and an in-house laboratory.

You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care and supporting the ongoing development of those around you.

Working Pattern
  • Part-time, 32 hours per week
  • 3 days per week
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays (9:00am - 5:00pm)
  • No out-of-hours or on-call responsibilities
