Provide high-quality first-opinion veterinary care across a varied small animal caseload.
Manage routine medical and surgical cases with confidence.
Carry out consultations, diagnostics, treatment plans and follow-up care.
Occasionally work in a sole-charge capacity while having access to experienced team support.
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and their pets.
Contribute to clinical discussions and the ongoing development of the practice.
Develop areas of clinical interest through supported CPD and further study.
Maintain high standards of clinical care, communication and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will be a confident Veterinary Surgeon who is comfortable managing routine medical and surgical cases and is keen to continue developing their clinical skills.
They should enjoy working collaboratively within an experienced team while being comfortable taking responsibility for their own caseload.
