The successful Veterinary Surgeon will:

• Deliver exceptional clinical care during consultations, diagnostics and procedures.
• Create tailored treatment plans and provide clear, compassionate communication to clients.
• Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and clinical handovers.
• Maintain the highest standards of clinical governance and regulatory compliance.
• Support and mentor colleagues, helping to foster a positive and progressive clinical culture. MRCVS registration and the right to work in the UK (or be eligible for sponsorship).
• Experience delivering outstanding clinical care to patients and excellent service to clients.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

The Rota
