Role Accountabilities:

• Provide first-class clinical care, including consultations, procedures, and monitoring
• Manage clinical handovers and arrange transfers for out-of-hours or enhanced care
• Deliver exceptional client care with clear updates and issue resolution
• Adhere to the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance
• Prepare accurate estimates for clients, ensuring payment and minimizing debt
• Maximize capacity through effective utilization of clinical skills
• Proactively support and share clinical best practices within the wider veterinary community

Skills and Experience:

• Qualified MRCVS
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a small animal practice
• Competent in clinical examination and surgery (Surgery support available if required)
• Able to work confidently in sole charge or as part of a team
• Client-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
