British Veterinary LGBT+ in Kent is seeking an experienced veterinarian to join a supportive, team-oriented practice. The role combines professional growth with a welcoming environment in a modern facility featuring a dedicated surgical theatre and separate dog and cat wards.

The selected candidate will contribute to a varied caseload, engage in case discussions, and help uphold high patient care standards while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of qualification as a veterinarian.
• Clinical confidence in handling a varied caseload.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality veterinary care to small animals.
• Collaborate with a team of 3 FTE vets, 4 RVS, 2 patient care assistants, and 3 receptionists.
• Utilise advanced equipment, including digital radiography, ultrasound, and dental radiography.
• Participate in case discussions and contribute to a supportive work environment.
• Build strong relationships with clients with compassionate communication.
• Maintain standards of care in a spacious prep area, dedicated surgical theatre, and dog/cat wards.
