Job summary

British Veterinary LGBT+ is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly, community-focused practice in Cheshire. Flexible rota options allow full-time or part-time applicants, with a relocation package for the right candidate and no on-call or weekend duties.

The role offers up to £57,000 (DOE) based on a 40-hour week, with a wealth of support including a workplace pension, funded CPD, RCVS fees paid, and a generous holiday allowance pro rata.

Qualifications

• Qualified veterinarian with full UK registration.
• Experience in first-opinion practice.
• Ability to work sole charge when required.
• Willingness to relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-standard first opinion veterinary care.
• Perform routine surgeries as required.
• Engage with clients to support pet care.
• Collaborate with RVNs and front-desk staff.
