Job summary

Abivale Vets in Wallingford is recruiting a Veterinary Surgeon to join our four-surgery practice within inspiring vet care. The role involves delivering high-quality patient and client care across a varied caseload, developing clinical skills and sharing knowledge with colleagues.

The full-time rota averages 40 hours per week with some weekend shifts (2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday every 7 weeks); there is no out-of-hours. Part-time applicants considered too. Relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Qualified veterinary surgeon with RCVS registration or eligibility to register.
• Experience in clinical practice with confidence in routine medical and surgical cases.
• Strong communication to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback and develop professionally.
• Professional, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for delivering excellent patient and client care.
