Are you an RCVS-accredited Veterinary Surgeon seeking your next challenge? This could be the role for you!

Our exceptional client are searching for a confident Vet to join their friendly practice based near Colchester. They are looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent clinical leadership skills and work well as part of a team. You will also benefit from experience of supporting schedule 3 procedures and nurse consults.

The practice is excellently located, and benefits from proximity to both countryside and coast. It is well connected by road and rail making it easily commutable from surrounding areas. London, Ipswich and other major cities are also easily accessible by road or rail.

Within your role, your duties will include maintaining high standards of compliance, providing exceptional care, creating accurate treatment plans, mentoring and developing your team, managing clinical handovers, and arranging necessary patient transfers all whilst actively sharing and supporting best practices.
