The role offers a 4-day week and no out-of-hours, with up to £80,000 DOE and a supportive team.

RCVS registered Veterinarian with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience is sought to join a practice with modern facilities and opportunities for professional development near the coast.

Global Veterinary Careers (GVC) are assisting a well-established independent veterinary practice in Worthing with the recruitment of a Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and experienced team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience looking to join a genuinely independent practice that combines a varied first-opinion caseload with access to advanced procedures, specialist support, and an exceptional work-life balance by the coast.

The Role

• Up to £80,000 DOE
• 4-day working week
• 1 in 4 Saturday mornings with time off in lieu
• No out-of-hours - supported by a dedicated 24-hour emergency hospital
• Varied and rewarding small animal caseload
