This role offers the rare chance to be part of a new clinic from day one, helping to shape its culture, clinical standards and ways of working, while benefiting from the support, stability and resources of an established independent group.

The practice has been designed with both patient care and team wellbeing in mind, featuring modern facilities including digital radiography, ultrasound and a fully integrated in-house laboratory. You'll work alongside an experienced and collaborative team, with access to over 30 Veterinary Surgeons, visiting specialists and a wider support network across the group.

The Role

• 4-day working week with flexible part-time options available
• No out-of-hours, Sundays or bank holidays
• Varied first opinion caseload with a good balance of consultations and surgery
• Opportunity to influence the development and growth of a brand-new practice
• Supportive clinical environment with excellent opportunities for collaboration and case discussion

The Package

• Salary up to £80,000 DOE
• Up to 6 weeks' annual leave
• Generous CPD allowance with certificate funding actively encouraged
• RCVS and VDS fees paid
• Pension scheme
• Staff discounts and additional employee benefits
• Genuine clinical freedom within an independent practice environment

The practice is looking to speak with Veterinary Surgeons who have at least two years' UK small animal experience and are confident managing a varied first opinion caseload. You'll enjoy working collaboratively within a friendly team and be passionate about delivering a high standard of patient and client care.

Whether you're looking for greater clinical freedom, a better work-life balance or the opportunity to help establish an exciting new practice, this role offers an excellent platform to take the next step in your career.
