Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care on the Sussex Coast is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join our well-established small animal practice across three branches. You’ll work a balanced mix of consulting, surgery and procedures, with no out-of-hours commitments and a 1 in 3 Saturday rota (8am-2pm).

You’ll develop clinically, gain exposure to a varied caseload, and be supported by a team of six vets and nine nurses, with clear career pathways and wellbeing commitments across our friendly practice.

Qualifications

• A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS.
• Experience in clinical practice with routine medical and surgical cases.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proactive approach to learning and development.
• Professionalism, reliability and ability to work both independently and with a team.
