Job summary

Northdale Veterinary Practice in Worthing, on the Sussex coast, is seeking a motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join a supportive team of 6 vets and 9 nurses. This role offers a balanced mix of consulting, surgery and varied cases with no out-of-hours commitments.

You'll work 8am–7pm Mon–Fri with early and late starts, a 1 in 3 Saturday rota (8am–2pm), and opportunities to develop clinical skills within a collaborative culture focused on staff wellbeing and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Possess veterinary degree and RCVS registration.
• Experience in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied caseload.
• Collaborate with the wider practice team to maintain clinical excellence.
• Contribute to the clinical culture and support colleagues in skill development.
