Job summary

Purovets in South Wales is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join a supportive two-practice team. You will handle a varied caseload of first opinion consultations and routine surgery while benefiting from a strong support network of experienced Vets and RVNs.

The role offers excellent career development, ISFM Silver Cat Friendly Clinics accreditation, and no out-of-hours work, with a 36-hour week across four days and a mix of full-time/part-time options.

Qualifications

• RCVS-registered veterinary surgeon with clinical practice experience.
• Experience in first opinion consultations and routine surgery.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first opinion consultations and routine surgical procedures.
• Support a collaborative clinical team of Vets and RVNs.
• Deliver high-quality patient and client care, with ongoing professional development.
