Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care invites applications for a Veterinary Surgeon at Victoria Veterinary Practice in South Wales. Join a close-knit team with a strong caseload, including medical, surgical and orthopaedic cases, supported by state-of-the-art facilities and a collaborative culture.

This role is 40 hours per week across four days, 8am–6pm, with no OOH, weekends or bank holidays, offering a healthy work-life balance and opportunities to develop clinical interests within primary care and referral

Qualifications

• A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS.
• Experience in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proactive approach to learning with openness to feedback and development.
• Professionalism, reliability, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of patient and client care across a varied caseload.
• Collaborate with the wider practice team to provide excellent clinical service.
