Purosearch Ltd. is seeking a confident Veterinary Surgeon to lead a busy, independent small-animal practice in the West Midlands. This sole charge role means full clinical responsibility, supported by an experienced nursing team, in a well-equipped facility near Wolverhampton and Walsall.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years PQE, strong communication, and a patient-centred approach, with a track record of high standards of care and the ability to lead the team in a small animal setting.

Veterinary Surgeon (Sole Charge) - Near Wolverhampton / Walsall

About the Role

We’re seeking a confident and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to lead a busy, independent small-animal practice in the West Midlands. You’ll operate in

sole charge, fully responsible for the clinical side, supported by an experienced nursing team.

Practice & Location

• Well-equipped with an in-house laboratory, digital X-ray, ultrasound and more
• Located a short drive from Wolverhampton and Walsall, serving a loyal local clientele
• Strong community reputation and over 30 years of continuous operation

What You’ll Get

• Excellent remuneration: up to £80,000 FTE, depending on experience
