Purosearch Ltd. is helping a well-established, independent veterinary practice in Worcestershire recruit a part-time Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon. You will join a friendly team of 12 Veterinary Surgeons and RVNs delivering high‑quality first‑opinion care.

The role combines consultations and routine surgery for a varied caseload, with Monday and Tuesday as the working pattern. A salary up to £75,000 FTE is offered, with 5 weeks of annual leave and certificates support.

Part-time 2-day week | Salary up to £75,000 FTE

Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, independent practice in Worcestershire, as the practice continues to grow.

With more than 60 years of experience serving the local community, this respected practice combines high clinical standards with a friendly, supportive and genuinely independent approach.

The role

You’d be joining a friendly and experienced team of

12 Veterinary Surgeons, supported by an experienced team of RVNs.

The role will involve a mixture of

consultations and routine surgery, working alongside an experienced team and seeing a varied first-opinion caseload.

This would suit a Veterinary Surgeon looking for a part-time role within an established practice, with the opportunity to become a valued member of a growing team.

About you

You’re a qualified MRCVS with a passion for clinical excellence and client care. You’re a team player who wants to make a real difference in a practice that values and supports you.

2+ years' small animal experience
